Giveaway: A Northern Light

Jennifer Donnelly’s Revolution was released today. You can buy it in hardcover or you can buy it as an e-book or you can get it as an audio-book. You can read it on a train or on a plane. (Well, if it’s an e-book or audiobook, you can’t read it on a plane during takeoff or landing, but that’s beside the point.) The point is, you can buy it today, and I hope you all will. Revolution is one of the best written novels I’ve had the pleasure of reading this year; you can read my review of it here. In honor of its release, I’m giving away a copy of Donnelly’s previous YA book, A Northern Light. Here are the contest details:

  • This giveaway will end October 25th at 12:01 AM.
  • It is US only unless you are willing to pay for shipping or have a relative/friend in the US who can ship your prize to you.
  • The winner will be chosen by random.org and notified by email and on this website.
  • The winner will have 48 hours to respond with their mailing address or a new winner will be chosen.
  • You must be 13 or older (or have a parent’s permission) to enter this contest.
  • You may only enter this contest once. If you attempt to enter multiple times, you will be disqualified.

Ok. Now that all the boring stuff is out of the way, you might be asking: How do I enter?

Just leave a comment telling me your favorite historical fiction book OR a time period which you would like to see written about in historical fiction.

  • My favorite historical fiction book would have to be Zoya by Danielle Steele. I am a big fan of book giveaways, what a great way to learn about other authors!

  • This is definitely one of my favorite historical fiction books! I’m ashamed to admit I haven’t read any, but hopefully I’ll get to more in the future. Oh yeah, I also love Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers 😀
