I didn’t buy ANY books this week. These are all from Paperback Swap. You should be very proud.
- Losing it by Lindsay Faith Rech: I got this because I loved the author’s YA novel, so I wanted to check out her adult books.
- Keeping the Moon by Sarah Dessen: I still haven’t read any of my Dessen books, but I almost have a complete collection of them, so that’s something….
- Comfort by Carolee Dean: I LOVED Take Me There, despite its horrible cover, so I’m looking forward to reading another book by Carolee Dean.
- Honey, Baby, Sweetheart by Deb Caletti: Caletti is another author whose work I’m sort of collecting. I’ve read one of her books and really enjoyed it, so hopefully I’ll like the others when I get to them, too. I was sad that this book came in mediocre condition. My other PBS books have been in great shape, but this one has the seal ripped off the front. (Why would somebody do that!?!?) Ah well, the rest of the book is fine. If I love it, I guess I’ll just buy myself a better copy and re-swap that one.
Also, not pictured, I got Sean Griswold’s Head by Lindsey Leavitt on tour from Teen Book Scene. I read that one already and it was fantastic. Loved it so much! I thought it would be a fluffy, light read, but it had a serious side that I didn’t quite anticipate, but really appreciated.
I got another super awesome package in my mailbox this week. It didn’t include books, but it included something else I love: OFFICE SUPPLIES!!! I was in need of some new pens and sharpies because mine have all disappeared. Look how pretty they are 😀
What did you get in your mailbox this week?
