Top 10 Books I Had To Buy, But Haven’t Read

Top Ten Tuesday is a feature organized by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s feature is about the top ten books you had to buy, but are still sitting in your TBR pile. I’ve got plenty of those, so coming up with ten is no problem!

  1. I Will Save You by Matt de la Pena
  2. Stolen by Lucy Christopher
  3. The Marbury Lens by Andrew Smith
  4. Incarceron by Catherine Fisher
  5. Underland Chronicles by Suzanne Collins
  6. Siren by Tricia Rayburn
  7. Glimpse by Carol Lynch Williams
  8. Crash Test Love by Ted Michael
  9. A Northern Light by Jennifer Donnelly
  10. Pretty much everything ever written by Sarah Dessen

  • I listened to the audiobook of Gregor the Overlander and really enjoyed it 🙂 I haven’t ventured to the others yet.

  • A lot of these are on my pile also, I would recommend I will save you and especially Northern Light – read that a long time ago and still remember it …

  • Oh! I like this idea, lol. Northern Light is one of my all time favorite reads. On the Sarah Dessen front, Lock and Key was one of my favorites. Just bought Incaceron–so that put my tbr pile a way up there……

  • I totally have Stolen sitting on my shelf, too. I’ve heard some really great things, but haven’t gotten around to reading it either. I need more eyes. Can we please just get around to safely cloning people? That’d be great.

  • Incarceron is on my “to read” list as well. I’m reading it for the Steampunk challenge.
    Good luck with your list.

  • Ahahah who knows if we’ll ever get around to reading our lists from today. Sarah Dessen is so good though! Hope you’ll give her a go.

  • Sarah Dessen books are a must read! I’ve read a handful of her books and The Truth About Forever is my favorite.

  • I really want to read all of these…and a bajillion others in my tbr pile. There’s just always too many books and never enough time! Glad to hear that I’ll probably enjoy all these books once I do get to them, though 🙂

  • Haha I love the Sarah Dessen one because I am TOTALLY the same way! I’ve managed to read one of the 33985749 I own. I smell a Sarah Dessen challenge coming on…
